Things Not Being Perfect is Harder than I Expected...

Here's how I'm letting go and leaning into the process.

I’ve been in the house for almost about a month. And at first, I had a few random wishes - fancy light switches and fancy toilets, I kept saying. Before moving in, I painted my room Glisten Green from Behr, honestly - it’s a stunning color. I painted the rest of the house Swiss Coffee, also from Behr and did a minor reno on the primary closet. Had I not been rushing I would have weighed the cost of removing a tiny wall to shorten the closet with just building a custom more luxe closet but that’s something I can revisit later.
