Downsizing to Upgrade?!
Going from 2500 square feet to about 1400 is going to be...a lot.
When I walked into this mammoth of an apartment, my friends who were touring with me joked about adding a skate ramp. I saw the massive bedrooms and loft like living room as an exciting blank canvas. I quickly learned just how much furniture it would take to make this place feel “homey”.
